Name, login email, role and whether the account is active, with the last login beside it. Switch a summer account off in September and back on in June. Every action in the panel is signed by the person who did it.

What each role sees
The desk sees reception, bookings and families, and can take payments. The manager also sets prices, extras, sessions and closed days, and reads sales. The owner sees everything, including the team and invoicing settings.
