No. You pay a flat monthly fee. Payment fees go to your own payment provider, not to us.
On Business and Group we build your account with you: services, prices, rooms, texts, invoicing and payments connected, and a test day. It is charged once, 600 € without VAT, with the first month.
About a week. We load your services, prices, rooms and texts with you, then you run a test day.
Yours. Bugpi connects to certified invoicing software and payment providers rather than replacing them: Vendus, Moloni, Stripe, MB WAY, PayPal and the rest of the list on the home page, and we build the connection to the ones you use, in Portugal, in Europe or anywhere else. Bookings and check-in work without any of them.
Yes, monthly. You keep an export of all bookings, customers and vouchers.

On Business and Group, yes: we load your services, prices, rooms and texts with you. On Desk you get a step-by-step guide and email support.
Yes. Every feature in Bugpi started as one customer's request. Small adjustments are part of setup; bigger pieces are scoped and quoted before we start, and stay yours to use.
