Do parents need an account or an app?
No. They book from a link on your site or social page, on any phone, and receive the confirmation with the QR code by email.
Can the waiver be signed online?
Yes. The responsibility terms are signed in the booking flow, and the desk sees the status next to every name. Walk-ins sign on a tablet at reception.
How long does it take to set up?
About a week. We load your activities, sessions, prices, extras and texts with you, then you run a test Saturday before going live.
Does Bugpi work with our invoicing and payment systems?
Yes. Bugpi connects to your certified invoicing software and to your payment provider instead of replacing them, so invoices are issued under your account and the fees stay with the provider you chose. If yours is not on our list yet, we build the connection with you.
