Can a visitor book entry and a feeding session together?
Yes, in one cart and one payment. Each experience keeps its own capacity and time, and the ticket lists the day's programme.
How do annual passes work at the gate?
A pass is a code on a card or a phone. The gate scans it like a ticket, sees the holder and their visits, and can upgrade a day ticket to a pass on the spot.
Can we move a talk when it rains?
Yes. Move it on the agenda and every visitor booked for it receives the new time by email.
Does Bugpi work with our invoicing and payment systems?
Yes. Bugpi connects to your certified invoicing software and to your payment provider instead of replacing them, so invoices are issued under your account and the fees stay with the provider you chose. If yours is not on our list yet, we build the connection with you.
