Questions owners ask first
Does Bugpi handle numbered seats?
Yes. Each room has its seat map with price zones; a session can use it or a standing capacity instead. Holds and accessible seats are marked on the plan.
Can subscribers pick their seats first?
Yes. Open a run to subscribers for a few days before general sale; they choose their seats online.
Can we sell at the counter and online at the same time?
Yes, from the same plan. A seat sold at the counter disappears online immediately, and the other way round.
Does Bugpi work with our invoicing and payment systems?
Yes. Bugpi connects to your certified invoicing software and to your payment provider instead of replacing them, so invoices are issued under your account and the fees stay with the provider you chose. If yours is not on our list yet, we build the connection with you.
