Does the site really stop selling when a slot is full?
Yes. Capacity lives on each slot. When it is reached, the slot shows as sold out online and the gate sells the next one. You can raise or lower capacity at any time.
What happens when we close the park for weather?
You close the day or a slot in one click. Every guest with a ticket receives an email with a free rebooking link, or a refund if you prefer. Both keep their trail in sales and invoicing.
Can season passes be scanned at the gate?
Yes. A season pass is a code on a card or a phone. The gate scans it like a ticket, sees the holder's name and visits, and can sell an upgrade on the spot.
Does Bugpi work with our invoicing and payment systems?
Yes. Bugpi connects to your certified invoicing software and to your payment provider instead of replacing them, so invoices are issued under your account and the fees stay with the provider you chose. If yours is not on our list yet, we build the connection with you.
