Questions owners ask first
Can we sell the temporary exhibition separately?
Yes. It has its own ticket and capacity, or is bundled with entry at a combined price.
How do memberships work at the desk?
A card or a phone is scanned like a ticket. The desk sees the member and the renewal date, and renews on the spot with the invoice issued to their tax details.
Can tour operators be invoiced as a group?
Yes. An operator has its own contact, prices and invoice terms; a visit for 22 people is one booking and one invoice.
Does Bugpi work with our invoicing and payment systems?
Yes. Bugpi connects to your certified invoicing software and to your payment provider instead of replacing them, so invoices are issued under your account and the fees stay with the provider you chose. If yours is not on our list yet, we build the connection with you.
